Die legendären chilenischen Death-Metal-Pioniere ATOMIC AGGRESSOR kehren erstmals seit 2015 nach Europa zurück! Mit im Gepäck haben sie ECTOVOID aus Birmingham, Alabama – eine Band, die zuvor noch nie in Europa aufgetreten ist!
Atomic Aggressor gehören zu den frühesten Extreme-Metal-Bands Südamerikas und gelten als die Band, die den Death Metal in ihrer Heimat Chile etabliert hat; sie sind bereits seit Mitte der 1980er Jahre aktiv! In den letzten Jahren veröffentlichte die Band die EP „Invoking the Primal Chaos“ (2019) und tourte durch Lateinamerika (unter anderem Chile, Peru, Kolumbien und Mexiko) sowie die USA. Derzeit stellt Atomic Aggressor ihr zweites Album fertig, dessen Veröffentlichung für 2026 über Hells Headbangers Records geplant ist.
Ectovoid existieren seit 2010 und sind für ihre Mischung aus düsterem, halligem Old-School-Death-Metal und atmosphärischen Black-/Doom-Elementen bekannt. Die Band steht bei Everlasting Spew Records unter Vertrag und hat am 9. Januar dieses Jahres ihr drittes Album, „In Unreality’s Coffin“, veröffentlicht.

Atomic Aggressor is amongst the earliest extreme metal bands coming out of South America and they are the main band to introduce death metal to their home country of Chile, as they have been around since the mid 1980´ies! In recent years the band have released the 2019 EP „Invoking the Primal Chaos“ and has toured across Latin America (including Chile, Peru, Colombia, and Mexico), and the US. Atomic Aggressor is currently finalizing their sophomore album, slated for a 2026 release via Hells Headbangers Records.
Ectovoid has been around since 2010 and is known for blending cavernous, old-school death metal with atmospheric black/doom elements. They are signed to Everlasting Spew Records and just released their third full-length album, “In Unreality’s Coffin” on January 9th this year.
