<strong>Nirvana Tribute Band (DE)</strong>

Die Nirvana Tribute Band wurde im Januar 2016 von Ivo Meier und Tom Kehrer gegründet. Seit Jahren machen die beiden selber Musik, und wirkten in verschiedenen Bandprojekten mit.Der ausschlaggebende Punkt war jedoch Anfang des Jahres 2016 bei einer gemeinsamen Jamsession als sie einige Songs von der Grunge Band Nirvana aus Aberdeen zogten. Nach einigen Überlegungen und wildem rum philosophieren, stellten sie sich einfach vor wie es wohl wäre mal ein Nirvana Konzert Live zu erleben. Leider war es den beiden, sowie wahrscheinlich vielen anderen begeisternden Fans nie gelungen diese Band einmal Live zu sehen.Somit beschlossen sie einfach, die Nirvana Tribute Band zu gründen, um all denjenigen Zuhörern den kernigen Grunge Sound zu ermöglichen, welche nie zuvor das Vergnügen hatten. Seit Mitte Februar des selben Jahres stieg die Bassistin Jule Walter mit zur Band hinzu, somit war das Trio vorerst komplett und spielbar
